Grenoble is a perfect destination for canyoning. The Vercors, the Chartreuse, and the Oisans abound with magnificent canyons. The Sassenage canyon is even accessible by public transport.
Lyon, which is the third largest city in France, is located close to the most beautiful gorges of the Vercors and the Chartreuse. Discover little pieces of paradise within 1 hour 30 minutes from your home.
The Ecouges and the Versoud are located right next to Valence. They are among the most beautiful canyons in France with abseiling descents, jumps, and breathtaking scenery.
The canyoning spot in Chambéry, right next to Bauges, is notably distinguished by the initiation canyon of Ternèze and the famous Pont du Diable which is almost in Haute Savoie. From Chambé, you are also close to Groin, the most beautiful canyon of the Ain.
The canyons presented on our site are mainly located in Isère in the Vercors and Chartreuse massif as well as in Oisans with routes in the Vénéon valley.
